After sharing the impressive first look poster of her film, Esha Deol Takhtani has unveiled the official trailer of the film. She is playing the lead role of a Muslim woman who is living a mediocre middle class life and struggles to give equal importance to her daughter and do away with gender discrimination. The trailer gives us a glimpse into the life of Abida and her daughter Duaa who is always ignored but her brother is given all importance. Esha has produced the film for the first time under her home production company Bharat Esha Films. 

 

Ek Duaa is directed by Ram Kamal Mukherjee and will premiere on Voot Select on 26th July 2021. The film will be Esha’s debut as producer and mark her comeback into Bollywood after a long gap.
