While we are still awaiting the release of director Sabbir Khan’s upcoming film Nikamma starring Abhimanyu Dassani and Shirley Setia, the filmmaker has already readied his next script. It is reportedly a new age thriller. Talking about the same Khan said, “This is an exciting time to not just be a content creator but a content curator as well. Our next feature resonates that. We are constantly brainstorming on ideas and concepts because as artists in 2021, we want to have a distinct voice and create something unique.”

The yet to be titled upcoming thriller will have an ensemble cast, which will be a talented lot of course. Sabbir will be collaborating with Sony Pictures for the film. The filmmaker is keen to bring new talent and content to the forefront and not be limited to a particular genre of movies. They could be short films, series, anthologies, etc. the options are immense. We await for an official announcement from Khan for the same. Meanwhile the director is prepping for the release of his upcoming film Nikamma which is also backed by Sony.
