After the super success of Scam 1992: The Harshad Mehta story, filmmaker Hansal Mehta has announced the second season in the series titled Scam 2003. It will be directed by Tushar Hiranandani with Hansal as his mentor. The series has finally gone on floors. Mehta shared a picture of the film’s clapboard on his social media page and wrote, “And today we rolled." You're killing it, @tusharhiranandani.  Scam 2003 will be based on Abdul Karim Telgi’s stamp paper fraud that shook the entire nation when it was exposed. It is produced by Sameer Nair, written by Karan Vyas and Kiran Yadnyopavit. The series is also produced by Applause Entertainment in association with StudioNEXT. The cast of the series is yet to be announced.
