Veteran actress Mumtaz has been known for her grace and beauty. Films like Aap Ki Kasam, Khilona, Sachaa Jhutha, Haré Rama Haré Krishna, among others have made her an icon in the Hindi film industry. The evergreen actress is now going to be making her acting comeback after nearly 2 decades in the upcoming web series Heeramandi. The Sanjay Leela Bhansali directed series also stars Manisha Koirala and Aditi Rao Hydari. 

When asked about being part of Heeramandi, Mumtaz neither accepted nor denied saying, “This whole speculation business started when Manisha Koirala posted a picture of us together. But like I said, I can’t say anything on this until Mr. Bhansali makes an announcement.”

Mumtaz further added, “I am aware of the magic that Mr. Bhansali creates with his heroines. Who wouldn’t want to be in his film?” Watch this space for more updates on the same.
