Sanjay Leela Bhansali has directed films, produced them, scripted them, composed music for them and what not! The multitalented filmmaker has now shown his multitasking capabilities well for the fans to see. The Padmaavat director in fact has outdone himself this time around. SLB is soon to launch his secret project titled ‘Sukoon’ this September. It is a music album which the filmmaker has composed himself. This he has done reportedly while working on his Alia Bhatt starrer Gangubai Kathiawadi and doing pre-production work of his debut web series Heeramandi. 

Bhansali has previously composed music for his films like Devdas, Bajirao Mastani, etc. but Sukoon will be his independent album that he has worked on during the lockdown. Speaking of it, he said, “Of late, I’ve been composing music for my own films. But this is my first independent album. I am keen to know the listeners’ reaction.” Sukoon will have a combination of poetry and raga-based compositions.
