With the pandemic having brought a lull in normal businesses including films, a number of big budget movies had halted their release. But the doors to cinematic experience has opened once again to the public. With this, is it inevitable that there will be clashes of big ticket movies racing to the box office for their films to release on important dates.

Tiger Shroff-Tara Sutaria starrer Heropanti 2 and Ajay Devgn’s Runway 34 is now all set to clash on Eid this year that is 29th April 2022. Speaking about this the Student Of The Year 2 actor said, “I can’t compare to such major superstars like Ajay sir and Amitabh Bachchan sir. I have way too much respect and fan to be spoken about in the same breath as them. With a date like Eid, both films can flourish together. People can see our film on Eid and Runway 34 on Basi Eid or vice versa.”

Other Bollywood films all set to lock horns in the coming months include John Abraham’s Attack with R Madhavan’s Rocketry on 1st April, Shahid Kapoor’s Jersey with Yash’s KGF 2 on 14th April 2022. Akshay Kumar’s Prithviraj with Ajay Devgn’s Maidaan on 3rd June 2022, Vicky Kaushal’s Govinda Naam Mera with Sidharth Malhotra’s Mission Majnu on 10th June 2022 and lastly Akshay Kumar-Bhumi Pednekar’s Raksha Bandhan with Aamir Khan- Kareena Kapoor Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha on 11th August. A good script, ace performance and remarkable direction will tell the fate of these films soon!
