Bollywood star Akshay Kumar is all set for another blockbuster. At least with his track record of films so far, it wouldn’t be wrong to say that. The actor will be playing the role of an archeologist in the upcoming film Ram Setu. He and his team recently wrapped the Diu schedule, and the Bell Bottom actor had nothing but great things to say about the place. He started off complimenting it by saying, “Taking back amazing memories of Diu as we end a schedule of Ram Setu. Natural beauty, lovely people, don't miss the famous Pani Kotha fortress-jail at the back. The place is an incredible gem wrapped in history. Diu tujhe dil diya.”

Ram Setu also stars Chhorii actress Nushrratt Bharuccha and Jacqueline Fernandez as the leading ladies. Kumar recently posted a funny video of Jacqueline playing around with her hair mid air on a helicopter journey. He captioned it, “Here's a tip for all the ladies out there: Jacqueline Jugaadu's work is used with permission. Learn how to curl your hair in a helicopter while in mid-flight by watching this video.” 

Ram Setu is directed by Abhishek Sharma and produced by Aruna Bhatia and Vikram Malhotra. It will hit the big screens on 24th October 2022. Apart from this film, Akshay also has Atrangi Re opposite Sara Ali Khan and Raksha Bandhan.
