Popular Punjabi actor Guri who has a huge fan following thanks to his films like ‘Sikander 2’ and ‘Jatt Brothers’, is now coming with his next film. The dashing actor is all set to be seen in a romantic avatar in the film ‘Lover’. He will be seen opposite the beautiful actress Ronak Joshi in the romantic musical drama. 

Talking about the film Guri said, “Lover’ isn’t an ordinary love story but something unique. Also, you’ll get to see the depth of all characters as the effort made by all actors is appreciable. The character Laali is just an ordinary guy born into a middle-class family. His father is giving his best to make him complete his education so he can earn well. He is passionate, a great friend, a good bathroom singer, and more than that he is a great Lover. The pain growing within Laali (my character) is immense.”

On reuniting with the makers of Jatt Brothers, Guri further added, “After ‘Jatt Brothers’ one thing was very clear that he(Kv Dhillon) was really impressed with us. So he came across a great romantic story and decided to go with me.” Lover is directed by Khushpal Singh and Dilsher Singh and will hit the big screens on July 1, 2022.
