Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut can not only sink her teeth into a leading role but can also fulfill her duties as a filmmaker just as well! The Queen actress who last tried going behind the camera for the period drama Manikarnika, will now be helming the upcoming film Emergency too. The actress is taking no breaks even on the weekends as she is prepping hard for her film. Recently her production house Manikarnika Films shared some BTS pictures where Kangana is seen busy discussing scenes with her team. The Panga actress later shared the same pictures on her social media story and captioned it, “working Sunday”. 

Emergency will be based on the life of late former Indian Prime Minister Indira Gandhi. It will highlight the 1975 Emergency that was declared in the nation. Recently music composer turned actor G V Prakash Kumar joined the cast of Emergency. Weather he will compose the music for the film or have an acting role is not yet disclosed. Apart from this film, Kangana also has Tiku Weds Sheru starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Avneet Kaur, which is produced by her.
