Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma has entertained his fans for over a decade now. His Television show The Kapil Sharma Show is one of the most watched and loved on TV. However his filmy career hasn’t exactly set the cash registers ringing. His debut film Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon by Abbas-Mustan was a hit but his second film Firangi didn’t do good business. The comedian has finally signed his next film. It is touted to be a comedy film written by Dolly Ki Doli director Abhishek Dogra. 

 

Dogra has also directed the Govinda starrer Fryday. The upcoming film will give Sharma ample scope to give out some witty lines to keep the audiences in splits. The makers will make an official announcement once the final paperwork is ready. Tony D’Souza is one of the film’s producers who has previously helmed films like Boss and Blue starring Akshay Kumar. Meanwhile Kapil will also be seen in a film by Nandita Das.
