Bollywood beauty Katrina Kaif was recently in the news for her dream wedding to Uri: The Surgical Strike actor Vicky Kaushal. But now the focus has shifted back on her work. While the Sooryavanshi actress took a break to celebrate the festival of Holi with her inlaws and hubby, she is back on the sets. She has resumed shooting for Sriram Raghavan’s upcoming edgy thriller Merry Christmas with South superstar Vijay Sethupathi. 

The story of Merry Christmas revolves around certain events that take place on Christmas eve and turn the two lead actors’ life upside down. The team began shooting in December 2021 and has resumed its second schedule in Filmistan Studios in Goregaon, Mumbai. It is a 45 day schedule which will wrap up in April and the final schedule will begin in May/June. The entire film will be shot on a set in Mumbai and also in a few live locations. Merry Christmas will mark the very first collaboration between Katrina and Sethupathi and is produced by Ramesh Taurani. Katrina will also be seen in Tiger 3 and Phone Bhoot.
