Actor Kay Kay Menon feels Nepotism does not affect good talent and is normal in any field. Known for his iconic roles in Black Friday, Deewaar, Sarkar, The Ghazi Attack and Haider, and most recently in Citadel Honey Bunny and Murshid, the seasoned actor believes that Nepotism is very normal in any field and not just films, since whichever business a parent has the children join it. So is with the films, that an established actor or actress will want their children to join the industry.

Being a self-made actor Kay Kay Menon says, 'Talent carries you through sooner or later while you will receive appreciation for your work. Keep working constantly and there will be no dearth of good roles. I came from a non-filmy background, it took time to settle down but, I have never faced anything like that in my career.'
