Bollywood actress and host of reality show India’s Got Talent has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, which is a type of Blood cancer. Her husband and veteran actor Anupam Kher confirmed the news on his social media page by writing, “Just so that rumours don't get the better of a situation Sikandar and I would like to inform everyone that Kirron Kher has been diagnosed with multiple myeloma, a type of blood cancer. She is currently undergoing treatment and we are sure she will come out of this stronger than before. We are very blessed that she is being looked after by a phenomenal set of doctors.”

The Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna actress apparently broke her left arm at her Chandigarh home in November and that is when her diagnosis of cancer came to the fore. It had initially spread to her left arm and right shoulder but now it has receded. We pray for her speedy recovery. The actress has been part of many hit Bollywood movies like Dostana starring John Abraham, Singh is King starring Akshay Kumar and Om Shanti Om starring Shah Rukh Khan, among others.
