Model and Bollywood actress Lisa Ray might have been more in the limelight for her social causes rather than her work in movies of late, but that doesn’t stop the cancer survivor from being a vigilante and speaking up for wrongdoing. The Dobaara: See Your Evil actress has accused the makers of the action film Saaho of plagiarism. She has posted a picture on her social media account where one of the posters of the film have used the backdrop of art done by contemporary artist Shilo Shiva Suleman.

Lisa Ray lashed out at the makers with the caption, “We need to stand up and speak up. To hold up a mirror to these makers to make them understand THIS IS NOT RIGHT. It's come to light that a big-budget film production has ripped off one of Shilo's original creations. This is NOT inspiration but blatant theft. In no world, is this acceptable. The production did not contact the creator, asking her permission or offer to collaborate or offering a credit. Nothing. This is not right.”

The Sujeeth directorial Saaho released yesterday and stars Prabhas and Shraddha Kapoor in the lead.
