Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn is a follower of Lord Shiva; his presence in movies like 'Omkara, Bhola and Shivaay' is evident in his devotion. The movie is based in the mountains of Lord Shiva and revolves around skilled mountaineer Shivaay played by Ajay Devgn. The plot revolves around Shivaay's daughter Gaura getting kidnapped by human traffickers. The climax features him destroying and fighting these human traffickers to save his daughter. The movie is based on the human elements of Lord Shiva.



Kedarnath (2018):

Shot in the vibrant beauty of Uttarakhand town 'Kedarnath' where one of the 12 jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva is placed. Kedarnath is a romantic disaster movie. One of the devastating incidents that happened in 2013 has been captured in the movie. It narrates the love story of a Hindu Brahmin girl who falls in love with a Muslim boy. Brahmastra: Part One - Shiva (2022):

The first part of director Ayan Mukherjee's Trilogy 'Brahmastra: Part One - Shiva' was released in 2022. The movie features Ranbir Kapoor in the lead role along with Alia Bhatt. The movie is inspired by Asian Indian history and mythology. the first part of this trilogy is titled Shiva. The protagonist of the movie played by Ranbir Kapoor is named Shiva who has unnatural power which is referred to as Agni Astra. The whole concept of the movie revolves around Shiv and Parvati, who are referred to as Agni Astra and Jal Astra. 



Baahubali: The Beginning (2017):

Baahubali: The Beginning and its sequel Baahubali 2: The Conclusion are some of the highest-grossing movies of all time. The movie walls around the story of orphan Mahendra Baahubali aka Shivudus played by Prabhas. Shivudus was saved and adopted by Shiva worshipping tribe Amboori when he was a baby. His name Shiva 2 comes from the tribe's deity.



OMG 2 (2023):

OMG- Oh My God! released in 2012 presented a unique point of view on devotion and atheism. OMG 2 is a sequel to OMG which features Akshay Kumar in the lead role. In OMG 2 Akshay Kumar is playing a character who is an incarnation of Lord Shiva in a human form. The movie also features Pankaj Tripathi as Shivbhakt Sharan Mudgal.
