Actor-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut recently won the Lok Sabha Election 2024 from Mandi, Himachal. She joined the Bharatiya Janta Party in March 2024. The recent incident which shook everyone is now becoming a matter of discussion. On Thursday Kangana Ranaut was slapped by a CISF constable at the Chandigarh airport. The whole incident is drawing the attention of many public figures and celebrities. Every individual is sharing their own take on the harassment Kangana has faced. Kangana Ranaut Slapping Incident Details:

The Kangana Ranaut slap incident came out in the media as a shock! The incident occurred around 3:30 pm when the actress was boarding a flight to Delhi from Chandigarh airport. According to reports, the reason behind the outrage by the CISF constable was Kangana's take on the farmers' protest. As soon as the news spread across the nation Kangana took to her Twitter and shared a video stating she is safe. She wrote, 'Shocking rise in terror and violence in Punjab….' In the video, she pointed out, 'the rising extremism and terrorism in Punjab.'

Many public figures have shared their opinion on this matter. Few support Kangana and others are shockingly finding the act by CISF constable right.

Vivek Agnihotri:

Filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri, who is known for his unapologetic opinions showed his support to Kangana after the slapping incident. He tweeted, 'This incident with @KanganaTeam must be condemned by every sane person. Why do I say 'sane'? Because only sane people understand how dangerous it is for a democracy. Those who are laughing at Kangana must know that many people don't like your tweets either. And you fly too.'

Uorfi Javed:

Fashion influencer Uorfi also shared her opinion when she wrote, 'Don't agree with Kangana Ranaut politically but I still feel it ain't right to physically assault someone when you disagree with them. Not cool. Violence is never the answer.'

Devoleena Bhattacharjee:

TV actress Devoleena Bhattacharjee also shared her views on the same. It is not just a slap. 'It's a matter of Indian security. It can be more dangerous than one can think of. Nothing less than a security threat should be dealt with like one, Devoleena wrote.

Vishal Dadlani:

On the other hand,  music composer and singer Vishal Dadlani has come forward to support the CISF constable. He shared a story on his Instagram account which featured a video of Kangana from Chandigarh airport. He wrote, 'I do not ever support violence, but I understand the need of this @official_cisf personnel's anger. If any action is taken against her by the CISF, I will ensure that she has a job waiting for her should she choose to accept it. Jai Hind. Jai Jawaan. Jai Kisaan.'

According to reports, the CISF constable  Kulwinder Kaur was detained after the incident. She was immediately suspended after Ranaut filed a complaint.
