Making his debut as a director, R Madhavan is all set to impress his fans. He is the lead actor in it too of course. The trailer begins with a practically unrecognizable Madhavan looking old with a white beard. The movie seems to give us a glimpse of the life and struggles of Nambi Narayanan, a former scientist and aerospace engineer of the Indian Space Research Organisation. The trailer also has a cameo by Shah Rukh Khan. The film also sees a comeback from Actress Simran is playing the leading lady. 

Rocketry The Nambi Effect will release in multiple languages; Hindi, English, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada. Other celebrity friends of Madhavan were all praises for the actor.
