Bollywood’s talented actors Rajkummar Rao and Sanya Malhotra will be collaborating for the upcoming mystery thriller Hit- The First Case. The makers have wrapped the final leg of it’s shoot and announced the same on social media. The Pagglait actress shared pictures with the film’s crew cutting a cake on the last day of shoot and captioned it, “It has been an amazing journey, can’t wait to bring you this mysterious thriller.”

Lead actor Rajkummar Rao shared the same pictures on his social media page and wrote, “gola hit hai! And it’s a wrap, Hit- The First Case, See you all soon!” The film is an official remake of the Telugu film Hit-The First Case. It is directed by it’s original director Dr Sailesh Kolanu and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Dil Raju, Krishan Kumar and Kuldeep Rathore. The film’s story revolves around a cop who is investigating the case of a missing girl. 

Speaking about the film, Rajkummar had said, “When I saw HIT, I instantly connected with it. It's an engaging story, relevant in today's environment. As an actor I am always on the look out to play characters I haven’t explored and HIT gives me a chance to do that. I'm looking forward to take this journey with Sailesh and Dil Raju.”
