Rakshit Shetty and his production company, Paramvah Studio have landed in trouble amid the release of their movie Bachelor Party on Amazon Prime. The FIR has been filed due to an alleged use of copyrighted songs without permission in Bachelor Party. The songs used in movies are originally owned by Naveen Kumar who has sought legal help in the issue.

The FIR was filed against Rakshit Shetty and his production company, Paramvah Studio after the release of Bachelor Party in March 2024. The movie was premiered on Amazon Prime. Bachelor Party unlawfully features two songs "Omme Ninnannu" and "Nyaya Ellide." The copyrights of these two songs are owned by Naveen Kumar. The songs have been used in the movie without the permission of the owner which is a violation of the Copyright Act.

Bachelor Party is a 2024 Indian Kannada-language comedy movie. It is written and directed by Abhijit Mahesh and produced by Rakshit Shetty under his production house Paramvah Studios. The movie features  Diganth, Achyuth Kumar and Yogesh in the lead.
