After Laal Singh Chaddha, now Aamir Khan may have taken a break from acting but not from filmmaking. The film is an official remake of the 2018 Spanish film Campeones (English title: Champions). We saw the film at the Berlin Film Festival and we loved what we saw. It is about the individual challenges of differently abled people and how they are living their lives. The film also has a lot of heartwarming and hilarious moments and that's what we liked the most about the film." Apart from this, he also said that he will announce the final star cast of the film at the right time.

Aamir has approached Salman Khan to play sports coach in RS Prasanna-directed sports drama Champions.
