The popular Television show Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2 is one of the most loved right now. The characters, the performances are all winning hearts. However the show that started about 6 months back got a rude shock a few days back. As actors like Akanksha Juneja who plays the role of Kanak Desai, were told to abruptly stop the shooting and go home. The actors knew about the weekend lockdown situation due to the pandemic and thus were finishing shooting extra episodes for that. However it was all halted right in the middle of the week as there has been an unannounced lockdown. 

Juneja confirmed, “We have no idea whether we are shooting tomorrow, or not or till when are we not shooting.” She also added, “It is a complete chaos because nobody has any idea. It’s an uninformed lockdown. No one has any idea how long it is going to last. Production house said they will inform us as and when they get any circular about it from the authorities.” Saath Nibhana Saathiya 2 is a sequel to the first one that went on air in October 2020.
