Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dunki' and Prabhas' 'Salaar' Set to Dominate Box-office in December 2023:

The biggest clash of the year 2023 is coming closer! The Dunki vs Salaar: Cease Fire – Part 1 event is all set to make and break records with its star-studded cast and engaging storyline. Superstars of two different industries are leading the movies respectively. Dunki is led by Badshah of Bollywood Shah Rukh Khan and Salar features Telugu superstar Prabhas. Salaar will be released in theaters in December and Dunki will release on 21 December.

Salaar Enters the Race with Impressive Rs 3.58 Crore in Bookings, 150,000 Tickets Already Sold:

According to industry tracker Sacnilk, Salaar has begun the race at the box office by collecting an impressive Rs 3.58 crore via bookings, over 150,000 tickets have been sold already. 

As per the reports, 84,000, tickets were sold in the Telugu-speaking region, followed by the Malayalam-speaking areas with over 42,000 tickets. In the Hindi-speaking region, Salaar sold around 18,000 tickets. 

Shah Rukh Khan's Movie Takes the Lead with Rs 4.46 Crore in Advance Bookings, Stepping Ahead of Salaar:

Whereas Salaar's competitor Shah Rukh Khan’s much-anticipated 'Dunki', has taken the lead at the box office even before the respective release of both movies. Dunki has managed to make Rs 4.46 crore in advance bookings. Advance booking for both movies began on December 15. 

Salaar Producer Shares Insights on Box Office Clash, Aiming for 50-50 Screen Distribution with 'Dunki:

Salaar: Cease Fire – Part 1 is directed by Prashanth Neel and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Hombale Films. Along with Prabhas movie features Shruti Haasan, and Madhu Guruswamy. While addressing the clash with Dunki Salaar's producer shared, 'When we have a solo release, the occupancy generally will be around 60-70%. Some screens will go to Aquaman but between Salaar and Dunki, we hope to get 50-50 screens in the best scenario. In such a scenario, if an occupancy of 90-100% is achieved, it’ll be a good result for both films.'

High Expectations Surround Shah Rukh Khan's 'Dunki' as Fans Anticipate Another Success, Thanks to its Impressive Cast and Direction by Rajkumar Hirani:

On the other hand, Dunki is expected to be yet another hit for Shah Rukh Khan after Jawan and Pathaan. Dunki features SRK with Taapsee Pannu, Boman Irani, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover. Dunki is directed by ace director Rajkumar Hirani.
