The OTT space has become the hot spot for quality content in the last few years. There is absolutely no limit to creativity when it comes to the digital space. New movies and web series are being added to the already exhaustive list of content almost everyday. Now, another interesting series to make it to that list is the upcoming web series The Prayag Raj. The series is based on the Madhumita Shukla case who got embroiled in dirty politics and was later murdered. 

Talented actor Shahnawaz Husain, who is known for his roles in shows like Rudrakaal, Bepannah, and Qaidi Band, has been roped in to play an important role in the series. His role is yet to be disclosed. The series also stars Deepshikha Nagpal, Adhayan Suman, Vikram Kochar, Mukesh Tiwari, Darpan Srivastava, and Sameeksha Gaur, TikTok stars Akash Chowdhary and Ansh Pandit. It is directed by Anish Sharon Khan.
