The prestigious Transmedia Gujarati Screen and Stage Awards have been held for the past two decades to honour artists and technicians from the Gujarati film industry. The 21st edition of the Transmedia Gujarati Awards was organized at the Tulip Star Hotel in Mumbai. Many significant personalities from the movie and television industry were present at the awards. Managing Director of Transmedia, Jasmin Shah, has been organizing these awards for the past 21 years.

Well-known Personalities Attends 21st Transmedia Gujarati Film and TV Awards:

The 21st Transmedia Gujarati Film and TV Awards were attended by actors such as Sharman Joshi, known for '3 Idiots,' Deepshikha Nagpal, Arjan Bajwa, Ganesh Jain, Urvashi Solanki, Manav Gohil, Kashish Khan, Myara Khan, producer Anand Pandit, Music director Sanjeev- Darshan, Jayantilal Gada, and others. Sharman Joshi was awarded the 'Late Govindbhai Patel Maharathi Award.'


Transmedia Gujarati Screen and Stage Awards- Celebrating Excellence in Film and Stage Since 2001:

The ceremony aspires to boost the morale and honour personalities associated with the Gujarati stage and film industry and has been successfully organized by Jasmin Shah since 2001. The event features several impressive performances by artists. Colors Gujarati and Colors Gujarati Cinema channels operated as the broadcast partners for this awards show.


Winners At Transmedia Gujarati Screen and Stage Awards:

Actor Anang Desai was honoured with the Lifetime Achievement Award. Dharmendra Gohil received the Best Actor award for Gujarati Movie 'Chal Man Jeetva Jaiye 2,' while the Best Actress award went to Mansi Parekh Gohil for 'Kachchh Express.' Pallav Parikh received the Best Director award. The Best Gujarati Movie award went to 'Kachchh Express' (Sol Sutra), and the Best Children's Movie award was bagged by 'Masti Ni Pathshala' (Friends Theater Group).


Winners At Transmedia Gujarati Screen and Stage Awards:

Moving on to stage awards distributed by Transmedia Gujarati Screen and Stage Awards  Manali Kantharia received the Best Actress award for the Gujarati drama 'Kesar,' and Shaunik Vyas won the Best Actor award for the drama 'Man Magna Hua' Padmesh Pandit won the Best Director award for the drama 'Om Namah Shivay.' The drama 'Kesar' won the Best Drama award. Shri Mahesh Naresh received the Special Award, while actor Deepak Antani received the Transmedia Special Award for his exceptional acting skills for his role of Mahatma Gandhi. Lily Patel was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award.


Actor Manav Gohil received the Best Actor award for the Gujarati movie 'Chandlo' on OTT. Viraf Patel won the Best Supporting Actor award for the Gujarati movie 'Kachchh Express.'
