Comedian Kapil Sharma is a known name and face not just with the young but with the old as well. His superb comic timing, witty humor and a penchant to touch every generation and community’s heart with his jokes is a god given gift. The Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon actor who will soon be seen in a comedy special on Netflix attributes his success to Bollywood actress Archana Puran Singh. She is currently the judge of his talk show ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’.

Speaking fondly of the Mohabbatein actress, Kapil said, “Archana Ji has a role in making me a star, because she used to appreciate me so much in my days of competitions, and that’s what an artist needs; it increases morale. There is no formality between us, we are friends, and that is how we can pull each other’s legs on stage.” Archana and Kapil first met on the sets of the Television reality show The Comedy Circus where the former was a judge and the latter a participant, later taking home the winner’s trophy. Meanwhile, Kapil’s Netflix comedy special ‘I m Not Done Yet’ will stream on the OTT giant from 28th January 2022. The comedian recently shared a promo video on his social media page and wrote, “Don't tell Netflix that I have leaked the footage.” Watch this space for more updates on the same.
