Veteran Director Sudhir Mishra shared his Golden Rule of Film Making, his believes and views on modern script writing. Talking about the Golden Rule of Film Making, Mishra said that he follows the 'Dharma' of storytelling and respects this lovely energy called cinema.While he respects it, it helped him to become a better person and finding out more about yourself.

Refering to his relationship with the Goddess of cinema, said that she guides him in his creative endeavours, While a lot of people don't understand it. He said, "I often get mad and angry on a set, but I believe it is sacrilegious to upset the goddess of cinema. I wouldn't be alive if she wasn't there. If you love her well, then she will love you back."

The 65 years old filmmaker believes in the power of writing and coming up with interesting scripts, which has never been quite an issue. Refering to the AI tools and modern writing techniques. He says, "If you're a storyteller and you can write well, then you will be able to make a good film. In the age of AI and all, those who don't know how to write a good script, they will face difficulty,"

The filmmaker has been busy with the second season of his OTT show Tanaav, streaming on SonyLIV earlier this month, but, he hopes to return to movies soon as that's where his passion lies. Known for co-writing cult classic movie Jaane Bhi Do Yaaron, Mishra finds it challenging to find financial backing to turn new concepts into a movie.
