After a long time, Sunny Deol fans will get to see their favorite actor in a movie as the lead. We are talking about the upcoming, most awaited sequel Gadar 2. Just recently, the Yamla Pagla Deewana actor has teased fans with its motion poster and there was so much excitement. The team has finally begun preparations for the film. The handsome actor took to his social media page to share several pictures of himself with his director Anil Sharma during the script reading sessions in Manali. They are seen enjoying hot chai and snacks. He captioned the post, “some snacks and beverages.”

Talking about his Gadar 2 director Deol had recently said, “Few people would know this. There’s a real-life love story of Boota Singh which became the thread of our story back then. Of course, we went way beyond it. When Sharmaji (Anil Sharma) had first told me about Gadar...I had told him that Papa was offered a film similar to it. Unfortunately or fortunately, that film never got made. Boota Singh’s love story inspired us but we gave it our own spin. Our film went much further.” The film will star Ameesha Patel in the lead. Sunny will also be seen in R. Balki’s thriller Chup co-starring Pooja Bhatt.
