Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal has captivated the hearts of the audiences from day one. His choice of roles and performances have won him thousands of fans all over. The ‘Uri: The Surgical Strike’ actor Will now be seen in another substantial project by Chhapaak director Meghna Gulzar. The film will be the biopic of Field Marshal Sam Maneckshaw. The makers have finally revealed the title of the film. It is called Sam Bahadur and the Manmarziyaan actor will play the lead. The name of the film was unveiled today on the brave marshal’s birth anniversary today. 

Vicky shared the teaser poster of Sam Bahadur on his social media account and wrote, “The man. The legend. The brave heart. Our Sam Bahadur. On the birth anniversary of Field Marshal #SamManekshaw, his story has found its name. #SamBahadur.” Interestingly Sam was the first Indian Army officer to be promoted to the rank of Field Marshal. The film is produced by Ronnie Screwvala. Meghna and Vicky have previously worked together in the Alia Bhatt starrer Raazi.
