Bollywood actor/producer Tusshar Kapoor has added another feather to his cap. The Golmaal actor has turned to writing and already announced his very first book titled Bachelor Dad. The book talks about how the actor has chosen a slightly off beaten path and unconventional road to fatherhood. He and his son Laksshya feature on the cover of the book. The ‘Life Partner’ actor’s son was born in 2016 through surrogacy. The 45 year old single parent is proud of his decision on becoming a father and breaking stereotypes. 

Kapoor took to his social media page and wrote, “I WROTE A BOOK! Becoming a father has been one of the most cherished moments of my life and my first book, Bachelor Dad, talks about how I took a slightly unconventional road to fatherhood. He further expressed his gratitude saying, “I’ve been lucky in that I’ve had the support of some amazing people on this journey but my decision to become a single father also raised several questions which I have tried to address on various media platforms, though the message has often been lost in translation. Perhaps that’s why I’m feeling joyous now because part of my objective to write this book was to share an honest picture about my life, and that will finally be fulfilled.”

Actress Esha Deol commented on Tusshar’s post writing, “Congratulations . So proud of you. Can’t wait to read this book. @tusshark89 (sic).” Celina Jaitly wrote, “Congratulations @tusshark89 look forward to reading it.” Bachelor Dad will be out in January 2022. On the work front, Kapoor will next be seen in Maarrich', co-starring veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah.
