After the makers of the popular TV serial Kawach Mahashivaratri decided to change the story line, the main character Kapil, played by Vin Rana will no longer be seen in it. Although the actor was initially promised a meaty role, his role was abruptly axed leaving him in the lurch. Now the show will predominantly revolve around Angad, played by Namik Paul and Sandhya, played by Deepika Singh.

 

Vin Rana has previously been part of shows like Kumkum Bhagya, Vishkanya and Aladin and Alakadam, among others. The actor is yet to comment on him being ousted from Kawach Mahashivaratri and was unavailable for comment.
