Bollywood filmmaker Vivek Agnihotri would never have imagined the kind of business his film The Kashmir Files would do when he was working on it. But it is no secret that the film has been one of the most successful post pandemic films. The director is now all set to present his next to his audiences and it is titled ‘The Delhi Files’. In a tweet he wrote, “I thank all the people who owned #TheKashmirFiles. It’s time for me to work on a new film.” He added another tweet later that read, “#TheDelhiFiles.”

 

The Kashmir Files depicted the story of exodus of Kashmiri Pandits from the valley. The film made more than Rs 330 crores and is still running strong in cinemas. It stars Anupam Kher, Pallavi Joshi, Mithun Chakraborty, among others. Vivek’s previous films include The Tashkent Files, Chocolate, Hate Story and Zid.
