Bollywood filmmaker Kabir Khan is all set for his much awaited sports drama film 83 to hit the big screens this weekend. Meanwhile the director is super excited to work again with its lead actor Ranveer Singh. The Bajrangi Bhaijaan filmmaker said, “Talks are happening. Obviously, when you have a good time working on a film, you get a certain association and you talk about ideas. I have spent so much time with Ranveer, so we discuss all kinds of ideas. But we have not confirmed anything as of now. For me, 83 is such an important part of my life that till the time 83 is not released I am not able to make a clear judgment or commitment on what I want to do.”

Looks like the Padmaavat actor is Khan’s new favorite! The above statement does not confirm any specific projects yet, but it atleast gives us hope of a collaboration soon between the two again. 83 will release on December 24th 2021, and tells the story of India’s historical win of the World Cup again West Indies in 1983. The film has a huge ensemble cast that includes Tahir Raj Bhasin, Pankaj Tripathi, Jiiva, Saqib Saleem, Harrdy Sandhu, Jatin Sarna, Chirag Patil, Dinker Sharma, Nishant Dahiya, Sahil Khattar, Ammy Virk, Addinath Kothare, Dhairya Karwa and R Badree. Deepika Padukone will be seen in a cameo as Romi Dev
