Television actress Divya Bhatnagar was known for her strong screen presence and acting skills. Last seen in the popular show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ starring Heena Khan, the actress had contracted the deadly corona virus due to which her oxygen levels started dropping considerably. The actress was on ventilator but could not make it through and passed away tragically at a young age. 

Divya was said to also have a troubled marriage life as her mother accused her husband Gagan of abandoning her and absconding. Bollywood yesteryear actress Shilpa Shirodkar who was Divya’s co-star in Silsila Pyaar Ka wrote a heart felt message for her on social media, “Im so so so heartbroken. RIP my dearest divya.” The actress was also seen in TV serials like Udaan, and Vish among others.
