Sonam Bajwa

After participating in Femina Miss India in 2012, Sonam made her debut in acting in a Punjabi film called Best of Luck, which was released in 2013. She also did her debut in a Tamil film called Kappal. Sonam had established herself as one of the leading actresses in Punjabi films. She had many successful films to her credit, such as Punjabi 1984, released in 2014, Sardaarji , in 2016, Nikka Zaildar in the same year Manje Bistre in 2017, Nikka Zaildar 2 in 2017, Carry On Jatta 2 in 2018, Guddiyan Patole in 2019, Ardab Mutiyaran in the same year, Honsla Rakh in 2021. 

She made her Telugu debut in the film Aatadukundam Raa in 2016.

Sonam Bajwa won the PTC Film Awards for Best Actress for her performance in Ardab Mutiyaran. She received her two Filmfare Awards in Punjabi films for Best Actress nomination for Manje Bistre and Nikka Zaildar 2. 

In 2022, Sonam Bajwa played the lead role opposite Gurnam Bhullar in Mai Vyah Nahi Karona Tere Naal opposite Virk Sher Bhagga. In the film Jind Mahl opposite Ajay Sarkaria, and in Kaateri she essayed a role opposite Vaibhav. Sonam played the lead role in Godday Godday Chaa and in Carry on Jatta 3.  In the year 2024, Sonam worked opposite the lead star Virk in Kudi Haryane Val Di. 

In 2025, Sonam Bajwa got her big break in Hindi cinema with her debut in the film Housefull 5 opposite Riteish Deshmukh. The film was released in two versions, Housefull 5 A and Housefull 5B, both of which featured her and a different climax.
