Actor Vivaan Shah has made a mark in his own way in the entertainment industry. From theater to movies and now the web, the transition seems to have been effortless. The Happy New Year actor is currently seen in the web series Sutliyan on Zee5. He plays the role of Raman Chaldeil who studies at Delhi University and is a rebel at heart. Talking of his character he said, “While the character has its own internal conflict, it is also about coming back home. He goes back home after his father's death. The core of 'Sutliya' celebrates the power of family and togetherness.”

Vivaan who is Bollywood veteran actor Naseeruddin Shah’s youngest son admitted that he wants to work with his father some day. He stated, “Working with Naseeruddin Shah in a film or web series is my dream, my ambition. It so happened that in my debut film '7 Khoon Maaf', even though dad had a part to play, we did not have any scene in the film. I so wish I work with my father in a film. I know how wonderful it is to work with him because I have done that on stage.” 

Sutliyan also stars Shiv Pandit, Ayesha Raza, Plabita Borthakur and is currently streaming on ZEE5.
