Veteran Director Prakash Jha attends the Crime Literature Festival In Dehradun inaugurated by guests of honour Bhole Ji Maharaj on Friday at Hyatt Centric Dehradun. Aloke Lal Festival President attended the festival in the presence of the former special DGP of Uttrakhand.

Elaborating on the Festival, Aloke Lal Festival President informed, “The three-day festival will include a session by Prakash Jha, actor Kavita Kaushik, and along with an insightful session on crime investigation by retired IPS Meeran Chadha Borwankar, along with several speakers from various film disciplines.

The festival boasts interesting insights in sessions on The Batla House Encounter, Sidhu Moosewala Murder-the Lawrence Bishnoi angle, Prison tales of India’s most famous prisoners to discussions on cop characters shining in comedies and on Crime Against Women.

The Crime Literature Festival will also have workshops for school and college students.
