The makers of the film, Excel Entertainment, have uploaded the teaser on their official YouTube channel, and the teaser's length is about one minute and twelve seconds.


In the teaser of Ground Zero, we get to see Emraan Hashmi in a new and different role wherein he will be portraying the role of a Deputy Commandant of the Border Security Force (BSF), and its backdrop is set against the scenic and eye-catching visuals of Kashmir, and its story is expected to be based around the terrorist attacks that took place in Kashmir back then in 2001.


It kicks off with a suspenseful and thrilling warning from the terrorists, which is followed by a realistic depiction of a deadly attack on the soldiers of India's army, which resulted in the tragic loss of seventy lives, and then it introduces Emraan in a new and different role wherein he enacts as BSF's Deputy Commandant Narendra Nath Dubey, who was a real-life hero who had led the risky operation of hunting the enemy's base, and it concludes with a dialogue by Emraan's character, 'Sirf Kashmir ki zameen humaari hai ya yahan ke log bhi?'


This film is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, and its direction will be done by Tejas Deoskar and will officially release in theaters on 25 April 2025.
