The wait for the sequel to the superhero franchise, Krrish, is finally over. In a surprising and unexpected twist, Hrithik Roshan will not only star in the lead role in the sequel of 'Krrish 3' but also will be making his debut as a filmmaker, wherein he will be guided by the skilled filmmakers Aditya Chopra and Rakesh Roshan, respectively.

Rakesh Roshan took to his Instagram handle to share this exciting news, wherein he uploaded a post with his son and actor Hrithik Roshan with a caption, 'Duggu 25 yrs back I launched you as an actor, and today again, after 25 years, you are being launched as a director by two filmmakers, Aditya Chopra & myself, to take forward our ambitious film #Krrish4.

This superhero franchise of 'Krrish' began in the year 2003 with 'Koi Mil Gaya,' 'Krrish,' and 'Krrish 3,' which were all directed by Rakesh Roshan. Although the film's shooting is expected to start by the month of June and will be featuring a creative blend of national as well as international locations, which could make it visually appealing.
