Madgaon Express, Kunal Kemmu's first film as a director, is now finished. "Believing in my script but also in my vision of it and encouraged me to direct it," Kunal wrote in a note to the producers and Farhan Akhtar on Instagram on Thursday. Pratik Gandhi, Avinash Tiwari, Nora Fatehi, and Divyendu star in the film. "I couldn't have done it without @ritesh_sid @faroutakhtar @roo_cha @kassimjagmagia @vishalrr @excelmovies who not only believed in my script but also in my vision of it and encouraged me to direct it," Kunal wrote. "It's been such an incredible journey," he continued.

"The incredible cast @divyenndu @pratikgandhiofficial @avinashtiwary15 @norafatehi @remodsouza @upendralimaye @chhaya. kadam.75 Each of them made the characters come alive on screen in the most accomplished way... And most importantly, my amazing crew who right from day one has been by my side and helped me achieve all of the aspects of my vision for this film," he continued. Additionally, Kunal shared a number of images with the film's crew and cast. It is said that the movie is a comedy-drama. Khemu made his directorial debut via Instagram in August 2022.

"Bappa Moriya Ganpati! I couldn't think of a better day to share this with you all because his name is the beginning of everything good. It began as a thought in my head, developed into a dream, was written down on my laptop with my fingers, and is now becoming a reality on its way to the big screen.
