In a recent interview, Nadiadwala has confirmed that the film’s sequel is in the works. He also shared that the shooting of ‘Kick 2’ is likely to begin soon.

As soon as I speak about Kick, I start getting messages from the industry and even the digital world is flooded with questions about when Kick 2 will launch. Now, I promise Kik will expand. The subject is on paper, it is written perfectly, but it takes time. We need bigger scale and better timing for its release. To create a kick, we need to bring cinema consumption back into fashion. Once we get back to normalcy, I will be all set to take Kick 2 on floors.
