Shivaay, played by Ajay Devgn is an honest and simple mountain climber. His skills in mountaineering are so good that he makes a living training tourists, and other people by taking them on treks and adventures. He meets a Russian tourist girl called Olga, played by Erika Kaar and manages to save her from a horrible avalanche. They end up becoming friends and eventually fall in love.
Olga, gets pregnant with Shivaay and he is over the moon with the news. However, Olga doesn’t want the child and thinks it’s a mistake. Shivvay begs her to keep the child and he would care for the baby and never bother Olga about it. Olga delivers a mute baby, Gaura. Olga bids goodbye to Shivaay and Gaura.
Nine years later Shivaay discovers that Olga is living in Bulgaria and Gaura begs to see her mother. They travel to Bulgaria but on the way he saves a girl from traffickers. The traffickers are part of a huge network belonging to a don. The Don decides to take revenge on Shivvay and kidnaps Gaura to be sold.
He eventually saves Gaura and meets Olga who is married to a wealthy businessman in Bulgaria. He leaves Gaura with her mother with a heavy heart but Gaura wants her dad and runs to him.
