Three friends Arjun, Kabir and Imran decide to go on a vacation and try one adventure sport they are afraid of or never tried in their life before. They decide to travel to Spain for a bachelor’s trip since Kabir, played by Abhay Deol is soon going to be married to his girlfriend Natasha, played by Kalki Koechlin.
Arjun, played by Hrithik Roshan is a little reluctant to join in the boy’s trip as he is a workaholic financial broker and doesn’t want to miss out on any good business deals. Imran, played by Farhan Akhtar and Kabir somehow convince him and there by begins a beautiful and fun filled journey of the three friends.
They hire a car on reaching Spain and explore the beauty of the city. At one point Imran and Kabir are so frustrated by Arjun’s seriousness and constant business phone calls that Imran, in a very immature act throws Arjun’s phone out the car window. This infuriates Arjun and he tells him about the grudge he has always had on Imran for stealing his girlfriend. They get abusive and physical till Kabir calms both of them down and reminds them that this is supposed to be his last bachelor’s trip and he doesn’t want any trouble.
There on begins a journey of the 3 friends where they go sky diving then meet Laila, played by Katrina Kaif, who trains them for deep sea diving. They meet her Spanish friend Nuria and join in the La tomatina festival. Laila and Arjun fall in love while Natasha comes for a surprise visit from London and suspects her boyfriend, Kabir having way too much fun.
Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara is directed by Zoya Akhtar and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar, with music composed by Shankar Ehsaan Loy.
