Big update on Nitesh Tiwari’s ‘Ramayana’
It is being told that this film has currently gone on hold. Reports suggest that after a long time Nitesh has decided to postpone Ramayan indefinitely.
South Superstar Prabhas‘ film ‘Adipurush‘ has been in headlines for the past several days. Recently its second trailer has also come out, which has been liked by the audience. Meanwhile, a new information has come to light regarding Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi starrer Ramayana, which is going to be directed by Nitesh Tiwari.
It is being told that this film has currently gone on hold. Reports suggest that after a long time Nitesh has decided to postpone Ramayan indefinitely. He will now focus all his energies on another project, which will be announced after the release of Varun Dhawan and Janhvi Kapoor starrer Bawaal.
It was earlier reported about ‘Ramayana’ that the makers were in talks with Deepika Padukone to play Sita, but she will apparently play Draupadi for the same production house, so Sai Pallavi will be roped in to play the role.
Not only this, it was also reported that Hrithik Roshan was approached to play the role of Ravana, but since the project was not taking off, Hrithik opted out of the film. On the work front, Ranbir was recently seen in ‘Tu Jhoothi Maiin Makkaar’.
Directed by Luv Ranjan, the film proved to be a super hit at the box office. After this film, the actor will soon be seen in ‘Animal’. It is being directed by Kabir Singh fame director Sandeep Reddy Vanga. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in pivotal roles. The film is set to release on 11 September.
