He released a short teaser on Sony Liv‘s YouTube channel, in which he told that after two years, he is once again going to expose a big scam among his audience. Ending the wait of the fans, the makers revealed that Scam 2003: The Telgi Story will air on the OTT platform Sony Liv from 2.9.2023 i.e. from the month of September.

Scam 2003: The Telgi Story is based on the stamp scam that shook the nation. Abdul Karim Telgi was the mastermind of this big scam in the year 2003. Hansal Mehta’s journalist Sanjay Singh’s book is based on ‘Reporter’s Diary‘.

The Indian economy had suffered a loss of about 32 thousand crores due to the stamp scam. Earlier, Hansal Mehta released a teaser of Scam 2023: The Telgi Story, in which he introduced Gagan Dev Riar who plays Abdul Karim Telgi.
